I’m not going to start the Third World War for you”]
During the first month of the war on Yugoslavia, the NATO planes and cruise missile made over 10,000 attacks. More than 2500 cruise missiles were launched and over 7,000
tons of explosives were dropped.
This image of an emaciated Muslim caged behind Serb barbed wire, filmed by a British news team, became a worldwide symbol of the war in Bosnia. But the picture is not quite what it seems. German journalist Thomas Deichmann reveals the full story
Judgment! 1/3 – The Bosnian ‘Death Camp’ Accusation: An Expose
Propaganda media lies, alleged Serb camps in Omarska Trnopolje, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Para se perceber bem a intervenção da NATO recomendo a leitura do fabuloso artigo [“Ties With Terror: The Continuity of Western-Al-Qaeda Relations in the Post-Cold War] do britânico Nafeez Ahmed bem como os seus livros.
Copyright Emperor’s Clothes 2000 and 2008
In August 1992, millions of people were shocked to see photographs of a supposed Bosnian Serb death camp.
The photos were produced by ITN, the British TV news giant, from footage shot by an ITN film crew which spent a long day in Bosnia. The film was shot in a refugee center in the town of Trnopolje. (Pronounced Tern-op-ol-yay)
Most of the photographs featured a tall, emaciated man with a deformed chest, stripped to the waist, apparently imprisoned behind barbed wire. Do you remember those pictures?
They were a hoax.
This is proved in the Emperor’s Clothes movie, Judgment! To start with, the barbed wire was staged. As you will see in Judgment!, the ITN film crew went inside a storage area surrounded by a chicken wire and barbed wire fence. They filmed through the fence, thus creating the false impression that the people they were filming were fenced in.
That was only their first cute trick. Step by step, Judgment! shows how these phony pictures were created. Judgment! is so damning that ITN’s lawyers have threatened the Internet company that hosts the Emperor’s Clothes server with a law suit because we advertise the film on our website, http://www.tenc.net!
The fabricated photos were broadcast worldwide starting on August 6th, accompanied by captions and comments comparing Trnopolje to Nazi death camps.
The picture reproduced on these pages is of Fikret Alic, a Bosnian Muslim, emaciated and stripped to the waist, apparently imprisoned behind a barbed wire fence in a Bosnian Serb camp at Trnopolje. It was taken from a videotape shot on 5 August 1992 by an award-winning British television team, led by Penny Marshall (ITN) with her cameraman Jeremy Irvin, accompanied by Ian Williams (Channel 4) and the reporter Ed Vulliamy from the Guardian newspaper.
For many, this picture has become a symbol of the horrors of the Bosnian war – ‘Belsen ’92’ as one British newspaper headline captioned the photograph (Daily Mirror, 7 August 1992). But that image is misleading.
WHAT THIS FILM PROVES
1) The Loyalist (“Serbian”) Authorities were humane.
From the pictures that ITN produced one would think that Marshall and her crew had sneaked into a death camp and shot their film when nobody was watching. Not so. The ITN crew visited two surprisingly casual and humane locations. They were protected but not controlled by the loyalist authorities whom they later compared to Nazi’s.
2) Marshall KNEW the loyalists were humane.
She and the crew from RTS interviewed POWs’, their wives, non-POW refugees, a doctor, at least one red cross worker, the commander of the POW Center. The film shows these interviews. Marshall simply suppressed this evidence of humane treatment. Instead she staged some pictures. These were then doctored to produce Nazi-like images for mass consumption. The height of cynicism and dishonesty.
3) The refugees SAID they were treated decently.
Marshall is shown arguing with one refugee. She tries to coerce the man to say something anti-Yugoslav. He refuses. “No, no,” he protests vehemently. “Not a prison. No, no. REFUGEE center. They treat us very kind. No, no, very kind.” Undeterred, Marshall used this very location to stage her phony death camp shots.
4) Marshall staged the death camp sequence seen around the world.
She went out of her way to film from inside an awkward storage area. Why? Because one side had what she wanted: a fence, mainly chicken wire but with a few strands of barbed wire at the top. Shooting through the barbed wire, Marshall talked to refugees OUTSIDE the fence. She then doctored the raw footage to produce false images of prisoners behind barbed wire.
5) Marshall and Ian Williams were filmed in the act of lying.
The amazing thing is — the RTS people were filming a few feet away. They caught the same shots from a slightly different angle. They got pictures of Marshall, Ian Williams, a cameraman, a man holding a mike. You will see, step by step, just how Marshall doctored her pictures to produce the look of a Nazi death camp. That is, the film takes footage shot by RTS and then proceeds to alter it, as you watch, producing the phony ITN photos of Nazi-like atrocities.
Once upon a time, the CIA trained, financed and supported Osama bin Laden and his mujahidin networks in Afghanistan to repel the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. After the end of the Cold War, bin Laden turned against the West and we no longer had any use for him. His persistent terrorist attacks against us for more than a decade, culminating in 9/11, provoked our own response, in the form of the ‘War on Terror’. This is the official narrative. And it’s false. Not only did Western intelligence services continue to foster Islamist extremist and terrorist groups connected to al-Qaeda after the Cold War; they continued to do so even after 9/11.
